§3 Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order.
By clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.
The contract is concluded once we confirm the order by email.
§4 Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices. In accordance with §19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged (small business regulation).
Shipping costs may apply in addition to the stated prices and will be clearly displayed during the ordering process.
§5 Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Changes are possible if communicated to us by email before shipping confirmation is sent.
Delivery time is stated in the respective product listing.
Should a product be unavailable, we will inform the customer without delay.
§6 Payment

§10 Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
For all other damages, we are only liable in cases of intent and gross negligence.

We are not obligated to participate in a dispute resolution procedure.
§12 Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
